This is the "other" part of town. The wrong side of the tracks. Crime in this area is so bad, not even the police operate here. The last police department was shutdown years back and while it is patrolled during the day at night, the police close there eyes and wait for it to pass.

Tourists who wander into this neighborhood come out with tales of rape and drugs if they come out at all. Drug dealers sell there products publicly on the streets and carry obviously illegal guns without fear.

The small cramped housing units are pock marked with bullet holes and the whole area smells like decomposing garbage and urine.
