The Sept of Helios Eternal Bounty
Sees the wisdom in the Other Decision, an Elder Philodox of the Uktena holds the most sway over this sept that is ruled by council. The Eldest garou present (and one of the oldest left alive anywhere) Sees is 71 years old and fit and strong as a man half his age. All turn to him for wisdom, advice, and council.

The sept midwife is called Susan Bearskin a Uktena Kinfolk Doctor whos family claims to be related to teh bear changers, and since no bear changers can be found to prove them wrong its a mark of family pride
The sept is kept very Busy by the warder, Ka'annki 3 red paws a uktena theurge Athro who works in tandem with teh keeper of the land, to assign packs and garou to keep the sept safe and also assuigns people to deal with the problems outside of the sept.
The keeper of the land has a dozen aides, both cubs and kinfolk who help do the duties foor such a large area.
All seems at peace on the sept. Even teh wendigo who were bitterly angry at the exchange program have been quited by the council, and those on the council were quited by king albrecht.
