This is the Umbra of the city. This is considered Unsafe and any activity here, including "passing through" requires ST/Narrator Notification and you must wait for one of them to approve it.

These are your coffee house's, your pretty avenues, your cleaner roads downtown. On these streets things seem okay most of the time.

These are not the safe streets. This is where hapless tourists get lost and are never heard from. Police entrance is rare and dangerous. In WoD this area is as bad as the worst parts of LA, Everyone knows to not go here during the day and only the brave or stupid go after dark. ST/Narrator notification required for all threads.

The Bawn of this powerful Caern extends for 100 miles from the edge of the expansive Caern. a group of Gaurdian packs patrol it at all times. Untouched by modern hands the bawn is a pristine form of the wilderness, in perfect balance.

A clearing in a patch of trees in the form of a perfect circle 1 mile across.

A waterfall empties into a pool in the norther parts of the bawn near the caerns edge. In the spring and summer it is cool and filled with mist from the waterfall, in the winter the cascading water has frozen into an ice wall 40 feet high. The Rite Mistress or one of her 4 pupils is almost always present here.

Sometimes called a Quarter Section this is a small area consisting of a few dozen settlements. Unlike other American settlements though this one is an odd mix of wolf den's, log cabin's and Wig Wam's. All told about 75 Garou, Kinfolk and Pre change cub's live here.

The Caern is where Moots are held, where the Elder council meets and where the font of power that everyone here fights to protect is kept. The caern heart is located in the center of the caern and none save the most respected are alowed there. To enter without permission is to ask for death.

This comprises the rest of Alaska, the wilderness that is not near(within 50 miles) of any man made settlement. In the World of Darkness this is most of Alaska.
